Peter Overlack - Overlack AG

Peter Overlack has been managing the company since 1988  the third generation of the Overlack family to do so, following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. Prior to joining Overlack, the qualified banker and business administration graduate was assistant to the CFO at a major German corporation. When the company changed its name to Overlack AG in 2004, Peter Overlack became a member of the Executive Board and adopted responsibility for the areas of business development and acquisitions.
