Our Executive Board is represented by Peter Overlack (CEO), Uwe Stahmann (CSO) and Heinrich Eickmann (CFO). Peter Overlack has been chairman of the board since 29 December 2009.
The board’s tasks are to define the corporate goals, fundamental strategy and the policies of the company. It is jointly responsible for managing all business activity within our company.
