The subsidiary located in Düsseldorf is responsible for the product areas involving vegetable oils, fatty acids, paint additives, epoxy resins and hardeners, bonding agents and talc within the Overlack Group, as well as activities throughout the world relating to the ceramic industry. In addition, Overlack Global/Chemical also manages all export business for the Group.
